For mobile and independent mechanics: a turnkey lift bay with 24/7 badge access and a legal address, on an annual agreement.

Cars and Coffee on Saturday, tech nights, classes, a lounge with a couch and a coffee pot.
What is in every bay
- Two-post lift, ALI-certified, 10 to 12 ft clear
- Compressed air at every bay
- A full mid-grade tool set per bay
- Shared press, tire machine and balancer, engine hoist, scan tool, MIG welder
- Oil and coolant disposal included
- LED lighting, big fans, a clean floor, Wi-Fi, a restroom
- Someone who knows what they are doing at the front counter
How it will run
- Staff on every lift. Staff raise, lower and lock-check. You do the work; we make sure the car stays up.
- 18 and over, waiver every visit. Closed-toe shoes and eye protection. Three people per bay.
- Insured, inspected, legal. ALI-certified lifts, a used-oil collection point, no paint, no fuel tanks, no open flame.
- The first DIY garage on the Central Coast. Nothing like it between Santa Cruz and Oceanside today.
Where we are today
We are choosing a mechanic-shop-ready building in Santa Maria and signing up the people who will fill it. Before any lease is signed we want 100 founding-member pledges and four mechanics ready for a dedicated bay. Your signup is what makes the building happen.
We do not take money until the company is formed and the doors are announced. Pledges and waitlists only.
